To ensure transparency and inclusivity, the college has implemented a structured, pen-and-paper feedback system, where students, faculty, parents and alumni are encouraged to share their experiences, opinions and suggestions regarding various aspects of campus life and academic facilities. This feedback covers areas such as teaching quality, infrastructure, support services, extracurricular activities and overall institutional environment.

For those who prefer to remain anonymous, suggestion boxes are conveniently placed in key locations within the college premises. This ensures that every voice is heard and concerns or recommendations can be shared without hesitation.

The collected feedback is carefully reviewed, compiled, and analyzed. A comprehensive summary report is then presented in the General Body Meetings, where necessary actions and improvements are discussed and initiated based on the collective insights and recommendations received.
